Every team member embodies company culture of Servant Leadership, and are a category of "good people" that are pleasant to be around. Very great, and embrace the work hard play hard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Involvement for support to the field is great, and putting employees ahead of management through servant leadership. More importantly, the independence they grant each district to operate based on their needs and financials.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the people is the best part. 70% of the day is working with coworkers and is the most of the excitement. This period of work from home has been rough without the daily interactions.
