That my manager trusts my work ethic and allows me to go at my own pace.

We all are very different, but mesh well together. This helps alleviate 'group think' which is vital in a team!

I am presented with challenges often, keeps me busy. I don't have to be complacent if I don't want to be.

I feel like when it comes down to it, my team with support and try to do what is best for me!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Moving forward- PAID MATERNITY LEAVE!!!!! I just recently had a baby and could have really used that perk, but it will be extremely useful for my next baby.

Before covid, my manager and RVP allowed me to work as many hours as I needed to in order to get my job done, which resulted in a lots of overtime pay :)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We believe in servant leadership, which I have never been a apart of and I love it! Our leaders give us the tools and resources that we need, and trust us to make our own professional decisions. It has really helped with my growth and development as a professional.
