Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid fairly would make me feel better about compensation. Class A driver's receive as little as 14$HR.....
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview gave me the impression of a professional environment. Lead me to believe the company would be a great work place.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our Team really looks out for one another. We work hard and help lift each other up. Great teammates. Just Terrible management unfortunately.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive part of the job are my coworkers. We are in the trenches everyday and really try to look out for each others safety. Communication is hard considering company policy. But we manage to work as a team very well.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A lot of my managers decisions are just wrong headed. I feel that we are horribly behind most professional driver based jobs in safety and regard for employees health. To improve I know we need monetary investment for facilities and equipment. A serious manager would also go a long way.
