Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel the 2% yearly raise is pretty low, it is barely enough to cover inflation.

My team really looks out for one another and we all love to help each other succeed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the projects I am involved in and getting to learn and work with my teammates

Our leadership team really embodies the servant leadership mindset. They are really committed to helping us whenever we need it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best thing about the company is that if you are interested in growing your skill set everyone is completely supportive of that. It fosters the environment of growth and support.
