It's a family, we are in this together. We all care about each other and want to do the right thing. Sometimes we argue like brothers and sisters, then we laugh and hug it out. Each day is new & busy which creates an atmosphere of a start up company. Because that's what we are one big ass start up!

What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with. I learn from them each day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual Bonus is pretty nice and the stock. Probably the best part. But I think the little things go a long way. Like the occasional pizza Friday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Servant Leadership is the key. Leaders care and let you run with ideas and get in the trenches with you. They clear obstacles and give you the freedom to do what you can do get the job done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are straight forward with me. I know what is expected and they let me get there as best I can. If I struggle they help me, otherwise they trust me to do what is right. They also listen to my ideas and make them happen.
