I work with 3 great guys that are super knowledgeable about their job's. I also work with 1 guy who is not stable minded some days.
I do not believe in our safety bonus system. There is no team in "I ".or all about "me" people. And no accountability for those who take from the team kitty. Should be individuals who really are team members and care
