Have been given the opportunity to learn and grow with the company and I have taken advantage of these opportunities. Have been with El Paso Disposal for almost 34-years and I still love my job and the company. I feel very fortunate to be working for Waste Connections.

I love the daily challenges and knowing I have a great team I can count on to face the challenges.

I'm very happy with the compensation package. I feel the best part is the 401K because it helps us prepare for retirement.
