The amount of care the company puts into the safety and wellbeing of its employees. This was already visible before but even more so now in these difficult pandemic times.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Starting with our manager all the way down to the last team member, everyone is very helpful and friendly. There is no finger pointing, bullying or power struggles, etc. This creates a healthy, relaxed work atmosphere, making it easier to concentrate on the tasks at hand.
