I am very grateful to have found my role here. Previous work history focusing on private sector business brought about a different change of pace, different focus, different mentality. It's a different culture, and am extremely happy about.

What makes you most happy at work?
Sense of accomplishment, and taking care of vehicles, and driver safety
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fringe benefits are the biggest plus. Insurance package needs help, our jobs are very physically demanding, and I had hoped for a better chiropractic coverage
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all share alot of core values, making sure the job is done right, attention to detail, and self motivation are key ingredients to cohabitation in the work place. I am very grateful to have a group of colleagues that share common interests where we can enjoy shop talk.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Theres a difference between a boss, and a leader, and mike herzog has been one of the best supervisors I have had the pleasure of working with. And am looking forward for many more years to come! Making sure the job is done correctly, and safely is top priority, my team can always count on him!
