They care, but beyond just caring they are a part of the team, they contribute and are clear on the path forward.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock is provided, but more than that, the leadership team is focused on our value, which is reflected in our market stability.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Servant Leadership, it is pervasive and guides us. With that managers actively interact with their teams, they know them, and therefore people want to come to work and be a part of the teams success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are servant leaders, they care about the end product but are very concerned about the process of getting to the end. We communicate well both inside and outside the company, clarity is important and it shows.
