I have been with this company for 5 years and I could not imagine being at a different company. I have been able to relocate and move up throughout my time here and meet amazing people and grow as an individual. I love working for this company and I take pride in saying that I work for WCN.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I get a chance to invest in the company and that my hard work shows in the compensation packages that I have been offered.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That they care about me as a person. They take the time to have a conversation with me and talk about things outside of work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they care for me not only in my professional career, but in my personal life as well. They really take the time to get to know you and invest in you as a person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That all of the employees really embody the culture. It is not something that is just talked about from the leadership team. The team lives and breathes the culture everyday in the decisions we make and that is reflected throughout the district.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to help my team become a better sales team. I get to assist them with their challenges, celebrate their wins and talk through the losses with them. I love being able to see someone's hard work and dedication pay off and their reaction to that as well. That is what puts a smile on my face.
