I have only been here for 8 months. I truly enjoy coming to work on a daily basis. I work every other Saturday and that doesn't bother me at all. I have a good work relationship with my coworker in our little office and we get along just fine. The drivers come in and keep me laughing!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We actually work well together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I am able to start my 401K before a year and that I am able to get into the stock plan. My insurance benefits are good!!
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I get to see good people everyday and that I get to see their smiling faces!! No matter what I just enjoy coming to work everyday!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If we have an issue it will get fixed. If we need something they get it for us. If we just have a question they will get us an answer. All around best company I have worked for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I deal with a lot of drivers and usually I do not have any issues with any of them. You always get that one that is having a bad day but you learn how to let that go. Most always these guys and gals are great!!
