Genuine and sincere. They don't make you feel "less than". They are fair and keep things fun. They inspire me to work hard and give my all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone speaks kindly to each other and treats one another with respect. We are all consistently speaking and leading to the values of the organization and I think that helps to keep things positive and on track.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all really care about what we do. We have fun when we can get together in person. We each have our strengths and feel comfortable going to that person when we know their strength is our weakness.
