What are some of the best things about your team? They show up and love their jobs.
What are some of the best things about your team?A high level of empathy from coworkers because they are stuck in the Westmont cheap, profit driven culture too
What did you like most about the interview process?Very fast, very friendly, efficient and professional
What does the leadership team need to get better at?caring about their team and treating everyone fairly
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Better pay, better quality of life, some sort of added benefit for the effort being put forth by salaried staff. An ability to feel like time off can be taken without leaving an unfair workload to a coworker since there is not really much in the way of extra supervisors to lean on to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?A Cost of Living increase that keeps up with inflation. Some sort of additional compensation to make up for operations staff hours that are continually exceeding 50 hours a week in the face of staff shortages.
