We are mostly all remote, so company culture is pretty nonexistent, beyond some lame attempts at raising company spirits with rewards programs and rah rah town halls. The people themselves are much better, and I've never worked with so many fellow LGBTQ folks, so that's great.
Colleagues are good, but the managers are untrusting and picky to the extent that can be insane
People respect diversity. They furthermore try to understand what other person feels or thinks.
Many of my friends are coworkers who I started socializing with outside of work, and I value those connections deeply.
The best thing about my team is we operate as a family -- we are there for each other online and off-line.
