What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really seem to care about the employees, ensuring they receive support where necessary. Employees are well looked after, recently receiving half day Fridays as well as 10% time to pursue their own personal growth.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Modernizing and hiring staff. WorkForce Software has a legacy product with a legacy mindset. It is time to hire (and retain) staff that are capable of leading WorkForce into the future, instead of simply persisting.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The company does a good job of keeping pay in line with other companies. The unlimited PTO is nice as you do not have to be concerned with accruals being enough to maintain a backup balance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I fall below the market average in our locale for my title, despite being in the role for several years and having a long tenure with the company. Additionally, my role has continually expanded as we've grown without tying that to promotions and/or additional compensation directly.

Yearly increase of living did not match inflation at the time of wage increase (inflation got much worse after too).

Given the current market trends I feel our salaries should be reviewed especially with the amount of churn we are seeing currently with people leaving for better pay.

Having to kowtow to every need of some customers doesn't allow us to have much agency in doing what's best for the majority of customers.
