Focus on problem solving and not blame, open communication and willingness to work collaboratively

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Since I took over as supervisor, there were multiple at risk clients that have resigned with the company because of the efforts I have put forth that have turned things around. However, Zenith denied me a merit increase because the state of WA has a labor law that increases my salary.
