A very competitive base salary, which gives me a predictable, stable income of the kind banks like on mortgage applications. I also like the annual bonus and equity, but the base salary is really the most important and useful piece of my compensation package.

What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me the happiest is the ability to interact with several teams and customers each day. I am also challenged to create new processes, new ideas and bring them to market. This makes not one day the same and I am consistently able to work on the things I believe matter most.
