I assume it will be selling people on something that will genuinely help them

Leadership teams seems like they care at least early on, don't expect that feeling to change going forward

They all seem to care, helps that I know someone who has succeeded here and look to do the same
What is the best part about your compensation package?
unlimited pto for vacations seems nice, obviously I'm not going to abuse that but it looks like a nice perk along with paid overtime
