From the start, those involved in the hiring process were quick and attentive. Training was one on one which gave me lots of room to ask questions and really learn the material. I am always being checked up on. I am often being asked if I am comfortable or have any questions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I mean, I have never worked for a job that gave PTO/ vacation time or benefits out the gates. Makes me feel valued, invested in and really cared for.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The "get her done" attitude while still being personable. Hard work and a can do attitude coupled with the effort to get to know each person on the team and really making it feel like a company family dynamic.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that each day is different and there is room for improvement and learning always. Also the people. I enjoy coming into work and connecting with my coworkers. I laugh every day and I learn every day which are two of my favorite things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is hard to gauge working from home. But from what I can see everyone is super open to feedback and wants to advance. Everyone is really nice and makes sure to treat the people like valued people not replaceable tools. Everyone seems genuine and caring.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that my team is filled with hard working goal oriented people but are also fun and interesting to talk to. I look forward to getting to know each of them more and learn more about what they bring to the table and all I can learn from them to advance and grow in my own position in the company.
