The driven nature of those around me. Seems like everyone is focused and driven to be successful. That type of momentum is contagious.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Still a new hire, but it seems like there is a lot of automation to help sales people be productive rather than spending time on repetitive tasks (that was my old world).
What makes you most happy at work?
