Learning new things everyday. It keeps things interesting!

Willingness to help. I'm only on my second week but throughout this entire onboarding process everyone has always encourage questions and reaching out for help. Love that!

I love our companies diversity and inclusivity. I think it's wonderful having the ability to work with such a diverse group and actually celebrate each other's differences.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
CARE!!! Easy as that, I feel cared about and like my success isn't just mine but ours, so ensuring I have the tools necessary to be a great CSM has always felt top of mind.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary. I've worked at companies that paid severely below the average for the job I was doing. I had many sleepless nights wondering how I was going to pay my bills so having a salary that actually allows me to pay my bills and save is the best feeling.
