The gifted equity is awesome, and having the ability to invest more in our company by purchasing stocks is also great!

I think they are truly accessible. I can reach out to our COO and get a response. It's a really nice feeling
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel incredibly supported and like I can choose what I want to do with my career. I can say "I prefer to work on this" and my boss will listen and make it happen.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was intentional, I didn't have to do anything excessive to prove that I was right for the role. I did a short assignment and had really great conversations with several higher ups and they each asked specific and thoughtful questions.
