Expectations are very clear, taking an interest in my life outside of work, communicating clearly and quickly, frequent (but not oppressive) check-ins, supportive energy.

High-performers with great knowledge of the product and biz acumen. Feel like I'm not the smartest person in the room, and I look forward to learning from them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Feels like there's room for growth, I feel there's resources to develop myself and a path forward. Engaging and supportive environment. everyone's after an aligned set of goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is competitive with reasonable quotas. Insurance benefit is extremely competitive. Fertility benefits are huge. Care.com benefit is great. 401(k) match could be a bit better with no vesting time, but that's a small complaint.
