ZoomInfo is an amazing company. We are experiencing growing pain given our pace & goals for FY20 and 21 but I love working for this organization. It aligns extremely well to who I am as an employee and the type of environment I thrive in.

We move quickly and people are all facing the same way as far as working towards our growth goal

I feel like our benefits could be more competitive and our life insurance and AD&D seems quite low given the talent we are trying to attract.

We are all excited about the direction we're going and the work we have to do to get there. People are new to the company and fresh so there's tremendous excitement on our team.

Completely open and driving the same values we talk about as our cultural tenents. They're aligned and the success our company is seeing is evidence that the Leaders are moving us in the right direction.
