My team is warm, funny, smart, and always willing to jump in and help whenever needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe that my pay is fair however we have a long way to go to compete with other companies around our benefits. At some point, I hope to see a 401k (maybe with a match?!), a vacation policy on par with other tech companies, covering phone/wifi, etc.
