What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am fairly new here so don't really know enough to delve into but it just works for me for now. Of course I would like to grow as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a very new team. We are all navigating and sorting things out together. The team has a bunch of large personalities and everyone is expressive. All of us have the same goal and vision and collaborate often.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I came here to work for Lauren Day. She is absolutely undeniably the best!! She contributes and adds so much impact and positivity. She creates the best environment for the team and it comes from the top down. I haven't been here long enough to speak on a higher level overall.
