I really enjoy working for this company. Yes there are some things I feel could be improved upon but that's part of company growth. The culture, people, and company as a whole have given me a very positive work experience.

there is a good sense of camaraderie amongst employees and it makes me feel comfortable in ZI.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they aren't just names. They interact with people at the company and participate in the departments they oversee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along and collaborate really well. We have a tight bond and look out for one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel that rewards and incentives are given to the rest of the company as much as they are to sales. It's understood that sales drives revenue but including the rest of the company on spiffs for things like cruises or stock would be nice.
