This company is great to work for if you are driven and enjoy a challenge. It's not a typical 9-5. We have large targets and it's not uncommon to put in extra hours to help meet those. If that isn't something you're looking for, I'd recommend another company. But it is worth it.. and very fun!

We are a team full of hardworking, intelligent individuals with a lot of passion and drive to make our programs successful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and that they don't just provide lip service. Each of our execs has high expectations and put in the work to help our teams actualize those expectations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is pretty solid. It's, at the bare minimum, competitive with other comparable companies in the Portland-metro area. Haven't looked in awhile but I'm sure it's more on the upper-middle end.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We always strive to do better. For some, that may seem like we are never satisfied ("you will never be satisfied!" -Angelica from Hamilton). But that mentality is what has allowed us to continue to grow at an insane rate and develop as some of the strongest professionals in our respective practices.
What makes you most happy at work?
When my team gets a win. As a team that drives sales outcomes but doesn't actually sit on the front line, we don't see the impact of our work as easily as others. But we win a lot (not just making money but great solutions to hard problems) and that always feels great.
