What is the best part about your compensation package?
over 7 years its gotten better not worse. I've also had a raise every year and I know the same is true for every single successful employee around me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The ones I know (at this point I probably know personally about 20% of the leadership team) I like a lot on a personal level. That says a lot (to me at least) that has never been the case at any other company
