no matter how busy someone is (managers included), they always take time to offer help to one another and support each others where we can.

They lead by example! They work extremely hard, and it is visible. I feel as though I am held to the same standards/expectations they leadership holds themselves to!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have great managers. They push me to be the best version of myself each day. Hold me to the same expectations that they hold themselves to. I know that my day-to-day efforts do not go overlooked.
What makes you most happy at work?
My role gives me a feeling of value and purpose... knowing that my work is a part of something bigger. I know that what I do each day helps this company grow and head in the right direction.
