The executive team is an extremely talented and motivated group of individuals who are consistently pushing those around them to do their best and do an excellent job at leading by example. Overall the team keeps a good mix of being personable and professional.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has a very can-do attitude in the best way - one that acknowledges that doing the right thing can and will be hard. This is driven by Henry and his refusal to accept mediocrity. It's inspiring to see someone so driven and that's reflected in what we're able to accomplish as a team.
