What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a tie between the transparency and the fact that I'm allowed to have big dreams!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're all super approachable and I'm learning a ton from them about how to thrive in the field!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The specific benefits package I think covers more doctors in our western offices than our eastern offices so it isn't as competitive to get an offer with UHC in MA.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm really new (a month) and am not super familiar with the chain of command above my manager and her manager, but the two of them have supported me with any question I have about ZoomInfo, my specific duties or how to grow my career. I'm sure it's like that above them.
