It's been great. I'm still fairly new so I think it will get easier, meaning I won't have to work as many hours to accomplish my tasks. It's a lot to learn, kind of overwhelming the first 3 months.

I mean, closing deals is great.

All are so helpful to me, even when not my manager. They share in my success as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have a healthy base salary alone, plus the opportunity to get well into six figures including commission portion.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is leading the industry! Getting better every month. The product has changed since I've been here and it's only been 3 months.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are patient as I get better but also push me at a healthy level. They are enjoybale people to be around, like to have fun doing their job and it shows.
