What makes me most happy at work is my team, and also working in the system and learning new things every day about new startup companies or locations in the world that someone works at.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect about the environment is that we have so many different resources thrown at us through slack and email, for things like depression and getting fit during quartine, and we even have zoom call yoga and concerts!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My favorite part about our leadership here at Zoominfo, is that they are always finding new ways to keep us employees more connected, with the news updates in emails, and the small messages through slack if something changes in our system. TRANSPARENCY.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Favorite part about my team is that even though COVID-19 has forced us to work from home, I still feel connected to my team and what is going on with them, because we have daily check-ups, and talk about each other.
