What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the people that I work with and the opportunity I get to always learn new things while working on new and interesting projects. We also have little parties and fundraisers throughout the year that encourage us to work and interact together which is nice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team doesn't only focus on making the company the best it can be, but company culture, and employee experience as best as they can provide. They're accomodating and respectful to LGBT people as well. I have a handicap and they are very understanding and helpful with me too.
