I want to comment that though we theoretically CAN take unlimited vacation, very few people seem to be using it. I think management wants their people to take the time they need, but individuals feel the weight of deadlines and the sheer amount of work to be done too much to do so.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
RND pace is unsustainable if we are going to have a stable, quality product. There is a lot of burnout in the applications & product group, in my opinion.
