Everyone seems very smart and capable. Also very willing to help me learn.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have never had a 401K, so for me the 401K with a match is great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It really seems everyone is open to creativity and ideas. It also seems the culture is a positive one which is great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can only speak about those I've met so far, but it seems even higher up leaders are open to hearing the opinions of all employees and I admire that.
