Giving me complete freedom in doing my job, letting me work outside my comfort zone and trust me in delivering the end results.

What are some of the best things about your team?

1) Respect each other 2) Ready to jump to help if the team member is stuck in moving forward 3) Never show off the attitude of "Better than you"

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

1) Not expecting to be matched in the market value every time but the merit increase should be more than average of 5% and performance based. I will be the first one to accept less pay if I didn't perform well. 2) The health benefits are not good (about UnitedHealth, less said it is better).
