Comparably is generous! This is the first organization I have worked for that I truly can't poke any holes in the compensation package.

Our leadership is genuine. They are excited about what we are building, fully invested in the company, the employees, our clients and making Comparably an amazing organization. It is evident that they truly care.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how personal the interview process was. My interviewers really took the time to get to know me, celebrate what I did well, and acknowledge the areas that they felt I was going to add value. Really gave me a positive outlook on the company and confirmed my desires to get hired here.
