The intellectual and emotional lift we give each other. I can see there is a lot of care that you can feel as we all want to win as a team.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I'd like to have less videos during the first week on things that will not be hands on until later down the road. That way we can appropriately retain what is needed most in the beginning.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The diverse mix we have in leadership and ability to approach who fits best with us. However since they all have diverse backgrounds and personalities it's just wonderful to see the value and receive what they each have to offer to better my skills and career path. I just love the mix!
