Customers are sharing feedbacks through Customer Care so they create their feedbacks (enhancements and complaints) on service and products and they will be helpful to be monitored monthly in order to listen to the community and improve to get better retention and relationship in order to meet needs.
I appreciate the team weekly meeting and that helps with our tasks and performance such as our boss appreciates our work and suggest improvements for the team and training. Our boss is very busy but we work well to meet the goals/expectati even though its challenging due to others' accountability.
It is about accountability - we keep our ball going but sometimes slower due to taking on others' accountability to follow up with employees and improve their performance or developing processes but never used - we wish to focus on our role much more in order to provide an effective training on time
Getting a raise - I never got the opportunity to get a raise, but when a new job position opening, I got the recommendation but got to have an interview to get the job. I got three times bad experiences with the negotiation on the $ and learned that I was underpaid for the challenging work load.
