our team has worked together a long time and feels like family. GM's on the other hand, turn over very frequently
property team is fine, it's the regional team that needs some work. current regional team members do not support the property, they are 100% supportive of the the owners. Zero support for the property team.
our benefit plan is terrible. i wouldn't mind the high cost if it was better. my spouse works for another local company and their health benefits are 10 times better and less than 1/2 the cost.
