
It's OK. Aimbridge is very big, so it's easy to "sell the dream", but actually advancing is near impossible when you're competeing against so many others

Help people in support roles feel valued (Accounting, HR) operations gets all the glory
Not take everything so personal. I don't feel like I can be myself around them.
Watching Managers, who make more than me, execute their job poorly or with little professionalism is incredibly demeaning.
I love the personalities I work with. Everyone is very "down to Earth". We recognize those who do their job well, and have a great attitude and are a true team-player.
It's specific to my position. My position is involved in all areas of the hotel, and much of my work is to support each department and guide managers, but I don't feel my position is taken seriously or holds any value for the other managers.
