We could not get our jobs done without one another and we constantly have each other's backs. We go on quarterly outings and lunches together and we really respect and trust one another

What makes me most happy at work is seeing the people I work with and for. Helping my fellow sales teammates with a task, finding my client that perfect candidate and getting that hard to reach manager on the phone makes me happy. Knowing that we have each others backs no matter what is everything.
