Solid experience so far. I am a BH lifer, I just wish they were better benefit options and 401K matching.

Commission plan is very average compared to local competition. Salaries are low, and benefits are insanely expensive and inadequate.

They are very invested in the vision here at Beacon Hill, and are very supportive of what we do at the branch level.

benefits are very expensive, with very little coverage, makes it tough for someone with a family to work here. No 401K match is tough as well.

Compensation is average, but benefits are extremely expensive for a family and poor coverage on top of that. Despite our growth as a company, our benefits have not improved at all. If compensation could balance that out, that would be great.
