Cost of living has increased dramatically but salaries have not caught up. Since the removal of the ROHQ tax benefit, it has been difficult to feel valued.

I enjoy being able to learn and also share what I have learned. I enjoy empowering my direct reports and allowing them to spread their wings and grow in their roles.

I think there can be too many unnecessary meetings that are not necessarily effective. Things can be redundant. While I do enjoy working with 90% of my colleagues including my manager, there is always those people whose attitude and immaturity make working with them a challenge.
