I'm new to the company. The base pay is much more generous than other companies in the tech industry.

Commission pay is not capped and there is bonus potential to earn when I go above 100% my goals.

I like the type of work I do and am in a position where I get to learn new things each day.

I love the day-to-day part of my job. It's rewarding, exciting, and I get to learn new things all the time just by doing what's expected of me.

Everyone here wants me to succeed and is open to membership. I have even met with VPs and folks in the C-suite just because I thanked them for their efforts. There's no games and very little politics.
