A great company with strong products that companies want to buy. I work with some really expert people who challenge me to deliver high quality work all the time.
I believe I'm rewarded for the expertise I have in our industry.
My base pay reflects well on the market and role I have.
There's a focus for everyone on doing the right thing for the customer.
Just so darn excited to work on customer projects and help customers max the value they can achieve from our products.... so engaging to work with everyone.
I work in a team of specialists who are able to get their ideas and content over extremely well to our customers. That's not a typical skills mix so I feel very fortunate.
As a people/talent orientated business everyone at the company has a pretty good set of inter-personal skills. It makes meetings and projects fun but also very rewarding as we're all trying to make things better/easier/more satisfying for others...
We're making some great strides in our customer engagement experiences. Software products are not always easy to explain to customers who have just signed up but the range and depth of the approaches we're taking is really strong.
There's a huge focus on communications clarify to the teams, I really appreciate being kept informed - and I'm realistic to know they can't share everything. The tone of the comms from the leadership is also inclusive and engaging.
Teaching - helping someone find a nugget of help when they think they've hit a brick wall. Also Sharing and helping gather together various strands from different teams and projects to create a single holistic vision of what can be achieved with our products and services.
Whilst I know that there are many areas that are closed whilst plans are made I fully appreciate the open-ness and honest approach that I get whilst this happening. I feel that the leadership explain their thoughts and feelings - even if they can't explain all the possible outcomes.
