I'm happy to be part of this organization. My contributions are valued. For the first time in 6 years, I feel I'm not invisible.
Great organization. The new CEO is excellent. First time in years, I feel the CEO is a human being just like the rest of us. I wish the organization did more for minorities other than having superficial CRGs. I want to see c-level doing something about us and helping us to the top.
Friendly, humble, and authentic group of people.
Provide more growth opportunities targeting minorities.
The best thing is the health insurance options
I'm passionate about what I do.
Transparency, integrity, socially conscious, inclusive.
They allow flexibility and promote work-life balance and wellness.
The Salary and the MBO
We always support each other.
They communicate and are there to support you when needed
The transparency. The way the are driving inclusivity and diversity.
Helping and supporting the customer. I love exceeding their expectations.
The efforts made for DEI&B. The flexibility. Seeing us as Human Beings.
The good thing: That you are TRYING to make a difference.
I like that the leadership team is on board with making a change with DEI&B.
Health insurance is too expensive, and the out-of-pocket maximum and deductibles are way too high.
Seeing employees as human beings that have a life outside of work and have life struggles.
Making a difference in both my actual daily tasks plus special projects such as CRG's and volunteer time with the foundation.
My coworkers don't need to improve anything. They are great and dependable. It is me that needs to improve on thinking I'm an Island.
The best part is the Salary and MBO. However, CSOD can do better with health insurance. It is too expensive for individuals that depend on it.
It makes me happy that I have a career in something that I love. I'm excited knowing that I know I'm making a difference every day. Also, Knowing I can feed my child and give him what he needs.
